BOUYANT QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYNERGY LTD is registered Company with the Uganda Registrar Services Bureau (URSB) that was founded with the aim of, QMS service provision among others. With its principal activity focusing on improving of manufacturing facilities to attain the competitive advantage for establishing functional and effective quality management systems, We aim to be the ‘run to’ QMS consultancy in the region.
With the Company’s motive targeting one of the most un tapped businesses in the region, an annual growth rate is expected to be promising at the end of the first financial year after effective start up.
Our QMS service delivery is applied in various markets and industries such as consumer good manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, etc.
Despite the focus being on the quality management systems establishment, the company engages itself in a number of other Value Addition Projects along various Production Chains.
The business strategy of the Company has always been to focus on providing high quality output to clients whilst ensuring Constituency and Professionalism and service delivery at competitive reasonable prices to its customers.

MR. ODWOGIWIA BRIAN
DIRECTOR OF QMS IMPLEMENTATION
Born in 1992, Mr. Brian Odwogiwia is a co-founder at Bouyant Quality Management Synergy Uganda Limited, a consultancy firm that helps Uganda’s Manufacturing Industries and Businesses boost their market competitiveness by aiding in their Regulatory and Statutory compliance needs.
A Graduate of Chemical Engineering from Kyambogo University, he is currently the founding Quality and Regulatory Affairs Engineer at East African Medical Vitals Limited, the first medical devices manufacturing industry in Uganda and the Sub-Saharan Region where he has served since 2020.
Prior to his pioneering expertise in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry was his illustrious career in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Chemist at Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited. He is known for “not following standards but setting them” when it comes to Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems. His hunger for ensuring adherence to cGMP, statutory and regulatory standards has pushed him to pursue and be decorated with certificates in establishing and implementing Management systems standards such as ISO 9001:2015(Quality Management Systems-Requirements), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental management systems – requirements), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety management systems — Requirements with guidance for use), add conducting audits.
He is a seeker of extensive knowledge transfer, diversification of consultancy business service scopes and specialized researches in climate change and biodiversity loss.

MR. AGABA ARNOLD
DIRECTOR OF STANDARDS AND COMPLIANCE
Mr. Agaba Arnold is a co-founder of Buoyant Quality Management Synergy Ltd and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kyambogo University.
He has extensive experience in Manufacturing and Quality Management Systems, having worked with companies and institutions like Paramount Dairies Limited, Sadolin Paints, Regal Paints (U) Ltd, Anoma Group PVT. Co. Ltd, East African Medical Vitals, and the Industrial Research Institute (UIRI).
To date, Mr. Arnold serves as a founding Engineer of the Quality Control section at East African Medical Vitals, one of the first Glove Manufacturing Companies in Africa. His leadership has contributed greatly to the consistency in quality of manufactured gloves, establishment of a functional GLP System to ensure consistency in production of high quality products that will ultimately reduce Uganda’s reliance on imports of medical gloves in long run.
Mr. Agaba never stops when it comes to anything to do with standards, knowledge acquisition, product compliance, specialized research in the chemical industry and environmental management. He is certified in ISO 19001:2015 Quality management systems, ISO 45001:2018-Principles of occupational health and safety, ISO 14001:2015-Environmental Management systems, ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management systems for medical devices and implementation of integrated management system(ISO 19001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018).

MR. SOLOMON A. MUTAGAYA
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
MR. MUTAGAYA SOLOMON ALEX is a, professional Chemical Engineer, a Board Member and Co-Founding Director at Bouyant Quality Management Synergy Ltd, Director of Operations at Fortalex Uganda Limited and the Proprietor of Charming Foods Enterprises. His diverse knowledge in Business, Engineering and Quality Management Systems comes with a great deal of Expertise and Strategic Positioning in the Consultancy Business. He possesses over 5 years of experience, with 2 years served in the Pharmaceutical Industry and over 4 in the Steel Processing Industry as a Quality Assurance Manager.
He has in the past obtained Certifications in ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 45001:2018 – Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems & Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standards.
Presently, he serves as a Quality Assurance Manager at KCL Group an Umbrella of Metal and Wood Industries Limited, a Steel Products Processing and Industrial Chemicals Industry. Also doubling as the Leading Chemical Process Engineer of the same Company’s Electroplating/Galvanization Division.
He formerly worked as a Production Officer at Abacus Parenteral Drugs Limited, a leading Parenteral Drugs Manufacturing Industry in East Africa. He is Passionate and Published Scientific Researcher and Author whose interests span in Investigative Scientific Studies, crafting Performance Predictive Models by use of Python Programming, Regressional Models and Statistical Data Analytics Tools within the Big Data Framework.
He has recently teamed up with fellow researchers and together published a sequel of scientific articles. Including the recently Published and widely read Research Paper on “Investigation of Levels of some selected Heavy Metals in Raw Bovine Milk from Oyam District, Uganda and Estimation of Potential Risks” published in The American Journal of Applied and Industrial Chemistry, which was ground breaking and has since attracted a number of collaborations with fellow research scientists across the globe.
He holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Environmental Management and Financial Accounting.
At Alison Institute of Advanced Learning, he majored in Web Business Development and Marketing, Big Data Analytics and Manufacturing & Product Design.
